We have provided Flat Screen TV’s with DTH Connection, Wi-Fi facility, water purifiers, geysers/ heaters, showers, western commode, telephone  connection, emergency call points, CCTV cameras, microwaves, tea-coffee makers, refrigerator, anti-skid flooring & panic buttons in bathrooms/toilets. Beyond60 Beyond60 Housing facilities are independent living developments. Accordingly, residents must be in good health, and be socially and functionally independent.
Resident managers keep a listing of agencies that are available to assist with personal care needs and household tasks. Some agencies charge a fee for their services. If additional in-home or community-based services are needed, case management services are available.
Residents must be at least 60 years old when they sign their lease, without exceptions. (below 60 also allowed)
Beyond60 communities are developed specifically for lower to moderate income seniors whose income is below 60% of area median income. No. Beyond60 Housing receives no ongoing subsidies and should not be confused with subsidized public housing. We depend on the rents we collect to pay all operating costs.

Majority of apartments at are fully handicap accessible. All other apartments meet or exceed standards with Disabilities Act requirements and are wheelchair accessible.
Yes. Our Management Consultants, keeps an active waiting list for each location.
Yes. A refundable deposit of Rs. 50000 is required at the time of move-in. There is no separate charges for application.
